Offer Scheduling Automation

An offer schedule automates when participation is on or off for a division on a recurring calendar.
What an offer schedule does
Instead of manually turning participation on or off, a schedule:
- Automates status: Turns participation on during windows you define and off outside those windows.
- Standardized timing: Operates according to Market Processing Hours in US-Central Time.
💡 Note: Schedules are often created when you build a recurring offer and configure timing on the review screen.
Where to manage schedules
Go to Early Pay → Automation. The Active Automations table shows divisions with an offer schedule. From here, you can:
- View schedule details.
- Navigate to Division Details by clicking the name to edit or reset the schedule.
Creating a schedule
During the Build Offer flow, choose a recurring frequency and set an alternative recurring schedule on the review step before submitting.
Deleting a schedule
When you delete a schedule:
- The schedule is permanently removed.
- Check status: Your offer may remain ON or OFF depending on its state at deletion—always confirm the impact in the confirmation dialog.
- Manual control: Manual participation changes become available again (unless other restrictions apply).
Offer schedules vs. invoice rules
| Feature | Offer Schedule | Invoice Rules |
| Controls | When you participate in the market | Which invoices are in the offer |
| Typical Goal | Seasonal or weekday participation | Ongoing invoice filtering |
💡 Note: You can use both features simultaneously on the same division.
Future invoices
When participation is active, new invoices loaded by your customer may automatically enter your offer, subject to invoice rules and eligibility.
📌 Tips
- Allow up to 15 minutes for schedule-driven participation changes to take effect after submission.
- Align schedule windows with your customer’s market processing days for best results.
- Deleting a schedule does not delete your rate—you may still need to turn participation off to fully stop an offer.
