Offer Activity shows how your early-pay offers are performing across all customers and divisions. Use it to see what is being accepted, what is not, and where to take action.

Where to find it

Open Early Pay → Offer Activity from the left navigation.

Summary cards

This page tracks your active offers in real-time. The dark blue Summary section breaks down your metrics:

Metric Description 📝 Notes & Actions
Total Amount Total balance currently on the early pay platform.
Included Amount The amount currently available for early payment. You can include and exclude invoices from early payment via the Offer Builder or on an individual division.
Participating Amount The amount actively tied to a live early payment offer. If you decide not to participate with some of your invoices, that amount will be shown here as well.
Accepted Amount The portion of your offers that customers are predicted to approve. If some invoices are not predicted to be accepted, the amount will show here for you to view and address.
Estimated Early Payment Your estimated take-home amount after the customer's discount is applied.

Customer cards

Below the Summary, you’ll find a list of your connected customers on the C2FO platform and within each, their related divisions, or business relationships.

Expand a card to see division-level detail and links to build or adjust offers.

When active offers are present and the customer is expanded, you’ll see:

Within the list of divisions, you’ll find all the details you’ll need about your early payment opportunity or active offer if Participation is turned On. Turning Participation On and Off, or creating an active offer, can be done on these Division rows using the Participation toggle or via the three dot menu icon at the end of each row.

Closed markets

If a market is closed, invoices in that division may be unavailable for new offers until the market reopens. Offer Activity may show alerts when closed markets affect eligible amounts.
