Building An Offer
Build Offer is the guided flow for requesting early payment on invoices from one or more customers. Throughout the app, you’ll find Build Offer buttons, your launch point for requesting early payment.
Where to find it
Open Early Pay → Build Offer from:
- The center of the homepage
- The left navigation menu under Early Pay
- The button at the top of Invoice Central and Offer Activity
- Each customer row in Offer Activity
Step 1: Select customers and divisions
Choose the customers and divisions to include in this offer. By default, all customers and divisions are selected. You can:
- Select individual customers using their checkboxes.
- Expand each customer and select divisions within using their checkboxes.
- Use Select All Customers to include all available divisions.
To Edit the invoices of your selections:
- Use the Edit Invoices button to include or exclude specific invoices before continuing.
📝 Note: Divisions that cannot be selected may already have an offer being processed, indicated by an Active Offer chip. Wait for processing to complete or manage the offer from the division details page.
Select Next to continue.
Step 2: Choose frequency
Select how often the offer should run:
- One-Time — A single offer for the current set of invoices.
- Recurring — Continues to apply to current and future eligible invoices.
📝 Note: Frequency options depend on the divisions you selected.
Select Next to continue.
Step 3: Set your rate and pricing
Set your own custom rate for your selected divisions.
You can toggle between APR (rate per invoice based on days paid early) and Discount Rate (standard rate for all invoices).
📝 Note: Some divisions use Fixed or Variable rates set by the customer and cannot be edited.
Select Next to continue.
Step 4: Review and submit
The review screen shows:
- Selected customers and divisions
- Invoice totals and estimated amounts
- Your rate and frequency
- An offer schedule, if you configured one for recurring offers
Confirm the details and submit. You are taken to a confirmation page with next steps.
After you submit
- Confirmation — You see a recap of what you submitted.
- Market processing — Your offer is evaluated during Market Processing for each division. Processing times vary by customer.
- Customer acceptance — If accepted, awards appear in Early Pay History and funds follow the Estimated Deposit Date.
Cancelling or changing an offer
- Turn Participation off to stop an ongoing offer from applying to new invoices.
- Edit invoices on the division details page or through Edit Invoices in Build Offer to change which invoices are included.
- If you use an offer schedule, changes to participation may follow the schedule rules.
Tips
- Review eligible invoices before submitting so totals match your expectations.
- Note the Market processing deadline shown during review—changes near the deadline may not apply until the next cycle.
- Use Offer Activity after submitting to monitor your offers for acceptance.
