On the **Build Offer** rate step, select the pricing strategy that is right for you.

## Pricing Strategy Comparison

| | | | | |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **Feature** | **Express Accept** | **Trending Rate** | **Name Your Rate** | **Existing Rate** |
| **What it is** | A one-time rate optimized for the best overall acceptance | A C2FO recommended rate for a competitive offer | A custom rate you enter | The existing rate |
| **Primary benefit** | Instant acceptance | Strong chance of acceptance without picking a custom number | Full control over cost | Keeps your current rate—no re-entry |
| **Who sets the rate** | C2FO suggestion | C2FO suggestion | You | Your prior offer configuration |
| **Typical acceptance** | Highest; immediate (express market processing) | Above Average; reviewed at market processing | Depends on the rate you choose | Same as your existing offer |
| **Frequency Availability** | One-Time only | Both One-Time and Recurring | Both One-Time and Recurring | Both One-Time and Recurring (when a rate already exists) |
| **Editable after submit** | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| **When evaluation happens** | Immediately; Uses express processing | At market processing (typically 11 a.m. Central) | At market processing | At market processing |

## What each option is best for

- **Express Accept:** You want a one-time payout now and are willing to use the rate for the highest chance of immediate acceptance.
- **Trending Rate:** You want a competitive suggested rate without deciding every decimal yourself—for one-time or recurring offers.
- **Name Your Rate:** You know the APR or discount you are comfortable with and want full control over cost.
- **Existing Rate:** You already have a rate on the division and want to renew or extend without changing it.

## Fixed Rate and Variable Rate Divisions

If you have divisions marked with **Fixed Rate** or **Variable Rate**, rates are not editable. They appear when your customer’s program sets the rate structure.

| | | |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Market type** | **How pricing works** | **Build Offer rate step** |
| **Fixed Rate** | The customer has set a rate for the market and it is not editable | Rate is preselected |
| **Variable Rate** | Rate follows the market reference rate | Rate is preselected |

_⚠️ **Note:** If your selection includes only Fixed Rate or Variable Rate divisions, you will not see **Name Your Rate** strategy options._

## Mixed Selections and "Apply to All"

When you select multiple divisions:

- Use **Apply to All** to set one strategy ( _Express Accept_, _Trending Rate_, _Existing Rate_, or _Name Your Rate_) across divisions that support it.
- If a strategy is not available for every selected division, **Build Offer** may ask for a fallback rate for the remaining divisions.
- You can still override individual divisions after applying a bulk strategy.

_ℹ️ **Note:** Frequency and rate type settings may apply only to **Name Your Rate** divisions—check disclaimers on the rate and review screens when your selection mixes market types._

## Tips

- On the review screen, compare estimated amounts across divisions before submitting.
- Switch between **APR** and **Discount** to see updated suggestions.
- Use the **Existing Rate** on recurring renewals when you want to stick with your current rate.
- Contact Support if you have any pricing questions.
