Ineligible Invoices in Invoice Central

Not every invoice can be accelerated. Invoice Central separates these into the Ineligible and Adjustments tabs so you can see why amounts are unavailable.

Ineligible Tab

Where to find it

Open Invoice Central ➔ select a customer ➔ choose the Ineligible tab.

Common ineligibility reasons

The Ineligibility Reason column summarizes why each invoice is blocked.

Reason What it means
Past due The invoice is past due or will be due before your customer’s next early payment date.
Reserved by customer Your customer marked the invoice as not eligible for early payment.
Covering adjustment The invoice is reserved to offset an adjustment from your customer.
Closed market The division’s market is closed.

What you can do

Ineligible invoices cannot be added to an offer until the underlying reason is resolved (for example, the invoice is no longer past due, or your customer releases a reservation). Contact your customer or Support if a reason seems incorrect.

Adjustments Tab

What adjustments are

Adjustments are credits, debits, or other offsets your customer applies to your account. They reduce eligible invoice capacity because C2FO must account for the net balance. Tooltips on the Adjustments tab explain each row.

Relationship to eligible totals

Your Total Eligible Amount in Invoice Central excludes ineligible invoices and accounts for adjustments. If eligible totals drop suddenly, check Adjustments first, then Ineligible.
