Offer Activity

Offer Activity is where you browse your customers, review offer performance, and open individual divisions. Use it to see totals at a glance and drill into the specific division where you need to take action.
Where to find customers and divisions
- Go to Early Pay → Offer Activity from the left navigation menu, or
- Select View All on the Offer Activity widget on the Homepage.
Each customer card on Offer Activity represents one buyer. Expand a card to see its divisions in the table below. Click a division name to open that division’s detail page.
Customers vs. divisions
- Customer: The company you invoice through C2FO.
- Division: A separate early-pay account under that customer—often a business unit, location, or ERP entity.
Note: You may have several divisions under one customer name. Offers, invoices, and history are tracked at the division level even when you work from a customer card on Offer Activity.
Market types
Each division belongs to a market type that affects how you price offers:
| Market Type | Summary |
| Name Your Rate | You set the rate; the customer accepts or declines. |
| Fixed Rate | Predetermined rate structure. |
| Variable Rate | Rate is tied to a market reference rate. |
| Preferred Rate | Special rate tier offered by your customer. |
| Inactive | Market is closed; no new offers until it reopens. |
Inactive and closed markets
When a market is inactive or closed:
- Existing participating offers may resume when the market reopens.
- You typically cannot place new offers until the market opens again.
- Offer Activity and Invoice Central may show a Closed Market chip or status.
What you can do from Offer Activity
From a customer card or division row, you can:
- Review participation, acceptance, and estimated funding.
- Turn Participation on or off.
- Build or edit an offer.
- Open a division’s details.
Tips
- Use Offer Activity filters to narrow your view by customer or participation status.
- Check closed or inactive markets periodically—they may reopen without notice.
- Use Find Your Customers if you expect a buyer on C2FO but do not see them on Offer Activity.
