**Find Your Customers** helps you add buyers to your C2FO network so you can request early payment on more of your invoices.

## Where to Find It

Open **Find Your Customers** from the left navigation menu.

## Expanding Your Network

## 1. Link Existing Customers

Search for companies you currently do business with to see if they are already on the platform.

- **Search:** Look up companies by their legal name.
- **Select:** You can select up to five customers at a time.
- **Link:** Click **Link Customers** to submit your request to your account.

_Note: After you submit a linking request, C2FO will review and associate the customer with your account upon approval._

## 2. Request New Customers

If you cannot find a buyer through the standard search:

- Open **Request New Customers**.
- Provide the required customer details in the form.
- Submit the request.

You can track the progress of these requests under **Requested Customers**, which displays live status and case information.

## Network List Breakdown

| | |
| --- | --- |
| **Section** | **Contents** |
| **Existing Customers** | Buyers who are already successfully linked to your account. |
| **Requested Customers** | Link or onboarding requests that are currently pending. |

**Pro Tip:** Use the tags filter (such as _Requested_, _Associated_, or _No Tag_) to quickly narrow down your list.

## After a Customer is Linked

Once a request is approved, the customer will appear on your **Offer Activity** page alongside their respective divisions. From there, you can review your eligible invoices and **Build Offer**.

## Quick Tips

- **Use Legal Names:** Always search using the official legal company name your customer uses on your invoices.
- **Link in Batches:** Link your customers in small batches so your team can easily set up offers as each approval goes through.
- **Verify Onboarding:** Use the **Offer Activity** page to confirm a customer is fully onboarded. Note that divisions may appear gradually as your customer configures their specific program.
